Controller

What this site does not do

It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser (no local storage). It uses no analytics and makes no requests to third-party hosts: fonts and scripts are served from this site itself.

Server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you open a page, Cloudflare, acting as our processor, receives your IP address, the time of the request, the address requested and your browser’s user agent. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure; the legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not keep these logs ourselves; Cloudflare keeps them for the period set for its service. Cloudflare processes data under a data processing agreement, and transfers outside the EU rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Language selection

The entry page reads your browser’s language setting, in your browser, to forward you to English or German. Nothing is stored.

If you write to us, we use your message and address only to reply.

Links to other sites

This site links to DBnomics and to data publishers. They are separate controllers with their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Write to privacy(a)terraaugury.com. You may complain to the supervisory authority, the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus, or to the authority in your own country.

You are not obliged to provide any data to use this site. We make no automated decisions about you.
